The Ford Cullinan Ultra Gravel 2024 medal embodies a refined and meticulously crafted aesthetic, exuding prestige, while it embraces a more rugged and unpolished character of this grit race, this is evident in the imperfect cutout of the circle. The incorporation of our route profile serves as a symbolic representation of the arduous and challenging journey, evident in the irregularities along the top and bottom edges of the logo cutout. This medal embodies the toughness an immense accomplishment of this event. 


The design deconstructs the term “Biker” into elemental components from the Periodic Table.  These elements all pull back to the charateristics of this event. The toughness, the various conditions and elements of grit and strength. You will love this T-shirt when you arrive at the finish.

You can buy a SAS board At registration (R60)



Lights are compulsory. All lights must be mounted on the bikes from the start. No lights will be fitted at WP 3 as was the practice in the past.


Accommodation is available at Dunkeld country estate. Please book with them directly. Various camping & accommodation options in and around Dullstroom are also available.


You need to drop your bag containing your cold weather gear, at race registration and collect your bag at WP3 (Halfway point @ De villa Resort, Loskop dam) again. All bags will then be transferred from WP3 to the finish. You will NOT have access to your rider bag at any other point on the route.

Vehicle Transfer Service

This service is provided by The lions club Drop your vehicle at the start, and hand in your keys at registration. Collect your vehicle at the finish. Cost of this service is R1200.00. The organisers will be in contact after you purchased this package to discuss arrangements. You can purchase the package on your Howler account.

Prize Money

R20 000 for the winning male & female 2-person teams.
